The Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Board of Cooperative Educational Services (WSWHE BOCES) launched its “Future-Focused For All Students 2023-26 Strategic Plan” on November 13, 2023. The plan is the result of multiple sessions held with the organization’s board, leadership team, staff, parents, component school leaders and community partners.
