HVAC-R Technician Training
HVAC-R Technician Training (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) - 120 hours
This is a 120-hour course broken into four modules (30 Hours each) that was designed with input from local HVAC industry leaders. Completion of all four modules will give the successful student the skills necessary for entry-level positions. The modules are sequential and priority will be given to those students who register for all four modules. The Module includes topics in Electricity in HVAC, Piping & Copper soldering, Basic oil & Gas burner operation & service, Refrigeration and A/C. Students who have taken Modules I-IV through the ETA Program are eligible to take the EPA 608 Exam.
- Module I: Electricity in HVAC
- Module II: Piping & Copper Soldering
- Module III: Gas & Oil Burner Operation and Service
- Module IV: Refrigeration & A/C
